My school entrance interview was awesome! I wasn’t nervous at all because I knew what to say and what to expect.”

I really liked the class. It was fun, and I learned a lot. I really like the interviewing video and practicing interviewing. The schools I visited really liked by resume’ and Brag Book.

I follow you on Facebook and I appreciate the reminders to update my resume and Brag Book.

B. Stein,12th GradeI thought my resume was a good one until I took this workshop. I have a lot of work to do if I am going to stand out from other graduates looking for a job.
R. Shannon, College SeniorMy school visit was great! I was confident in interview and they asked me “What was my least favorite subject?” I knew the answer because we practiced it in class.

Just graduated from college. I updated my resume a couple of months ago and have been sending it out. I have booked several interviews. I have used your tips to update my resume every time I see an opportunity I want to apply for. I hear you saying, “a resume should not be stagnant and adjusted to fit the opportunity”. I am always prepared for my interview because of the research and the practice I do before I go. I don’t want to sound overconfident, but I have received an offer for every opportunity I have pursued.
Kellie S, Soon to Be College Graduate. Ms. Michele helped me figure out what kind of college I want to attend. My criteria in looking for colleges was coed. urban, Mid-Atlantic region, 10 to 25 thousand students, with inter-mural basketball.
M Johnson, 11th GraderWow, who knew there were so many careers with sports. I may not become a professional football player, but I am going to stay into sports with a career in Broadcasting or Sports Management.

C. Cassidy, 10th GraderI got a summer job. They loved my resume and were impressed on how prepared I was for the interviewed. I had two questions for them. Thank you.
S. Possey, 11th GraderMy parents and I used the College Visit Worksheet to help us during our visits. Mom was really interested in the BLUE LIGHTS. It was a great tool to help us compare schools. I applied to 5 schools and have been accepted to 4.

I am working with my counselor this year for college, but I was way ahead of the game because I knew where I wanted to go. I feel sorry for my friends most who are just starting the process. This summer I visited most of the campuses I am interested in, I have downloaded applications, talked to my teachers for Letters of Recommendation and I am working with my English teacher on the essays, and of course my resume is complete. Thanks Mom and Ms. Michele.
