Thank you for working with my staff and me to provide workshops that will make a difference in the lives of students in our program. I realize that we offered you a unique set of challenges in providing your P4 program but your willingness to adapt the curriculum to fit our needs is much appreciated.
Based on the feedback from our students and my staff, your program was a resounding success that not only helped each student create a resume’ and Brag Book it gave them practical advice to use for many years to come. We were really pleased that so many kids came to the class each week even though they had to travel from school to get here and then go home. I am sure the kept coming back because the workshops were informative, interactive and fun.
I am grateful for your patience, flexibility, and ability to adapt your curriculum to our specific needs and situation, and I am hopeful we will continue our partnership next year! – Al Quarels Administrator School District of Philadelphia.
I am pleased to tell you of our partnership with Ultimate Success 2 and their workshops presented to our 7th and 8th grade students as they prepare to transition to high school. Huge relief to have one less task to perform and know they are being well prepared for their school interview. They apply some of the theory and best practices that our teachers and counselor employ with our middle school students and added the practical application. Because our students don’t see Michele and Amy every day, they tend to pay closer attention and they value the hands-on approach.
As one who conducts the final interview with each student, I have seen the growth and confidence they bring to the interview. They taught them to understand and articulate their transferable skills in preparing their resumes and to build an authentic portfolio that not only showcases their accomplishments, but also helps guide the interviewing process for them. Equally important, their self confidence has grown.
Michele and Amy also reached out to our parents so that they can help with the process. From my own experience raising children, I know that they frequently share very little about what they are doing in school with their parents.
Students, parents, faculty and administrators are very pleased with the course and the results we are experiencing. I feel strongly enough about their commitment to helping children succeed that I urge you to support their efforts and implement the P4 program at your school. -Allison Enslein Director Center School
I think this class is fabulous!
The Students learned so much about resume writing and their strengths. It gave them confidence to go on an interview and feel they could advocate for themselves. The practice they got in interviewing was so valuable so they could excel at their interviews.
I am glad the students at Center School could take part in such a worthwhile course! This course will help them throughout their high school career and beyond. – Judi Banco Social Studies / Reading Teacher
You have taught our students to understand and articulate their transferable skills in preparing their resumes and to build an authentic portfolio that not only showcases their accomplishments, but also helps guide the interviewing process for them. Equally important, their self confidence has grown – Joe D., Head of School
I hope you were pleased with your experience at our ‘New Direction 5th Sunday Single Parent Open Fellowship’ and that you were blessed as much as our participants. We certainly enjoyed having you and look forward to seeing you in the near future. We are still getting great feedback and reviews.
Thank you so much for your dedication, enlightens, and service to my single parent group. Some parents are still asking for your information and wishing that they could hear more. In the following you will find some quoted statements:
“That was the best session we ever had.”
“I know that I am going to try some of those techniques.”
“I am glad that I came to your session.”
“There’s one thing that I heard that I am going to do when I rewrite my resume.”
As you can see everyone was motivated ‘to begin again’ by re-inventing themselves. For this reason, I am looking forward to working together again. – Sylvia Carter Founder/President of New Directions
