The partners of Ultimate Success 2 are parents of teens and college graduates who have firsthand experience with the challenges, fears, and triumphs that students and their parents face when transitioning to new schools. Frustrated by the lack of assistance being provided by the school to prepare teens for these key transitions, we came together to solve an on-going issue at our children’s school – to bridge the gap of preparing for the transition from middle school to high school.
Michele Hewitt-Webster and Amy Heller are two passionate individuals from diverse backgrounds having roles as parents and professionals in the business world and are committed to providing teens with the fundamental building blocks during these key transition stages. Together they have over 30 years of relevant experience.
Our mission is to assist teens in creating the tools that are the foundation for achieving their goals. The
P4 – Plan for the Future program helps them design a roadmap that matches their vision, values, strengths and aspirations directing them to a successful future. Because we are NOT their parents or teachers, participants are more receptive and understand we are there for support. The P4 program gives them a great foundation upon which to build and achieve this success.
We have chosen proven techniques to match the style of instruction to the teen learner’s needs and the content presented. A major benefit of the workshops is the face-to-face interactions teens experience with one another.
We have on-going communication with parents and students even after the class is over by sending reminders such as:
Grade appropriate reminders for testing, job/college
fairs, open houses.
Reminders to make updates to the tools they take
away from the workshop.
